Simple can be the best!

You know, this totally looks like my kind of recipe. Easy and low maintenance.

The fish in foil works so well.

Try Petrale Sole, or Halibut with some thin lemon slices, a few sprigs of parsley and a dash of white wine in your foil packet.

Don't overcook.
