I'm impressed on the chicken livers. Although we have a house rule of try anything once, not sure that is one I'd try. Good for you though!

If I was there, I belonged to the group who'll reject the liver. Lol. But honestly, the picture of your cooked liver looks great and I do believe that it really tastes terrific too.

I grew up eating a turkey/chicken stuffing (we called it filling) in which we incorporated the liver. It is not the traditional bread stuffing, but we use crackers.
