What a wonderful review, Andrea! I am so pleased that you came out to see us and enter a few recipes. (I didn't know that was mint pesto! But there were stranger entries, including one made with ground maple sausage.) Your pictures are wonderful and really capture the enthusiasm we saw that day. It's wonderful to perpetuate the culture and to involve the community in an unusual (and delicious) way. Please do join us again next year ... I sense that there's an engraved platter somewhere in your future! :)
